
When I was living in Seattle in 2015, I used to love finding the curving shapes of seaweed washed up on the beach.
The curving and spiraling motion that I first developed in this body of work has been a motif that I’ve carried with me into other explorations. I acquired my first little press part way through this series, so much of the work is hand printed. I enjoy the less refined and clearly handmade quality of these prints
